“It is believed he would have been driving his black Vauxhall Corsa in Aberystwyth town centre from around 11pm last night until sometime before 7am this morning. The Fire and Rescue Service and Coastguard are conducting searches along the river, and the RNLI Lifeboat is also assisting in the search.”
