Mark Bridger enters not guilty plea

MARK Bridger, the man accused of abducting 5-year-old April Jones from Machynlleth, has entered a plea of not guilty at a case management hearing at Mold Crown Court.

Bridger, 47, is charged with murder, abduction and perverting the course of justice. The charge of perverting the course of justice relates to the unlawful concealment and disposal of a body.

April Jones disappeared on the evening of 1 October 2012. A search operation continues, with 16 teams from Dyfed-Powys Police involved.
